Fluids. Not just tea.
Cold compress.
Rest.

I'll check on him when I get back in an hour or so.

Practice. There's a reason they put us through so many years at med school.

I will say that working as an army doctor is a whole hell of a lot easier and more interesting than working at a clinic.

He'd say it's just a headache even if he's got a concussion unless proven wrong. He's extremely stubborn when it comes to his own health.
