Ah, Dr. Watson. Do you have a moment?

[He may recognize Suhiet from the Healers' Guild; she's the one who's become more and more Raine's second after Fletch's departure, and who manages the mental health specialty. She has scales on her face, most of the time.]

I wanted to speak to you about your work with the Guild. Nothing bad, I promise.

[A little bit of a smile.]

[He does recognize her from around the Guild. Hard to miss catching a glimpse of his coworkers and John does try to take a little bit of time out of his work days to at least figure out small bits about them.]

I do, Suhiet. [Like her name. Would be awkward if he didn't know the name of his coworkers.

While he isn't particularly worried, John is curious as to why two natives are contacting him.]

What can I do for you?

[Oh, good, he does remember her. Though she really should have introduced herself first.]

I'm just inquiring after your state of being. Are you content in your position? Are there portions of your job which you find trouble you?

[It's fine, really. When he arrived they were on the cusp of the big storm and focused on all the injuries and sickness that had brought about. Much too busy for introductions.]

It's a good job. Keeps me busy without the clinic being full of seriously wounded patients every single day. Honestly, I haven't got any complaints about it and couldn't see myself working anywhere else in this city.

[Not even the hospital which is technically more along the lines of what sort of work he's used to - less magical and more scientific. After his time with COMPASS John has come to appreciate those who have magic healing abilities. It technically isn't the place where John is putting in time but his other side jobs are more of a voluntary position.]

[Suhiet nods.]

That's good to hear.

If you encounter any troubles, will you come to Professor Sage or myself?

[Also a nod.]

You can count on that. I've been studying up on as much as I can through Raine's personal research and on my own when I have the time. Learning more about how to properly treat the Kedan for more serious injuries or even how more average illnesses or injuries might be different from what I'm used to. So I may have plenty of questions.
